We are approaching the first day of summer... and my birthday. California weather has been on the cool side lately but I'm sure we'll hit those typical high heats this summer. I remember summers as so bittersweet. In the middle of the memory I was always seeing it come to an end. So difficult even as a kid to savor moments. I love my childhood summer places in Colorado and Michigan and will spend some precious time in both before we begin the new...
