About the Film
A Barry Sonnenfeld quirky ensemble comedy about how a bomb in a suitcase changes the lives of divorced dad Eliot Arnold (TIM ALLEN), an unhappy housewife (RENE RUSSO), two teenagers, two hit men, two street thugs, two FBI men, and a hallucinogenic toad. Based on a novel of the same name by Pulitzer Prize-winning humor columnist Dave Barry.
Big Trouble was scheduled to be released September 21, 2001 but was put on hold due to the World Trade Center tragedy. It was released April 5, 2002, carries a PG-13 rating and is now available on DVD and VHS.
